First viewings of The Lodge prove a big success.

In the week between Christmas and New year, Project Directors Iain Wilson and Jamie Perry took three full days of viewings on site, seeing a very high demand to be some of the first customers to visit site.

We were able to share the Phase One properties with a mixture of townhouse conversions, lodge apartments and footprints of the new build properties. We have been encouraged at such high demand for high quality apartments with over 60% of viewings for this purpose and something we look forward to developing over the first phase.

Getting to know our customers is really important and we look forward to offering a personal, one-to-one service during this early phase of development at Drayton. Due to the lead time on The Lodge properties it is a great chance to review the options on site, ‘ear mark’ what might be of interest and better still, hold a property with a deposit of £2,500.

Moving forward we envisage one viewing day per month, usually to be held on the first Saturday of each month with the next proposed date of Saturday 6th February.

We ask customer to subscribe to our newsletter with the sign up form being found on the bottom of the homepage and we will keep the ‘for sale’ page as updated as possible when offers and sales are agreed.
