Apartment FAQ
We have compiled some frequently asked questions for apartment living.
Leasehold or freehold?
All of our apartments will be leasehold with a 999 year lease given with each sale. The lease will be set up with Spire solicitors and fully explained prior to sale
Can the grandchildren visit?
We are a child friendly site and we look forward to lots of special family memories being created at The Lodge.
Parking
Each apartment will be allocated with one car parking space. There is limited visitor parking on site and there is the potential to add a second parking space to some of the apartments. This will be on a first-come, first-serve basis
Storage
We value the importance of storage when downsizing. We will look to create storage for each apartment including fitted wardrobes to the principle bedroom and convenience storage for coats, shoes and muddy wellies
Dog Owners
We have had lots of request for dog-friendly apartments and we are pleased to say that we are a dog friendly site. With circular walks and Marriott’s way on your doorstep this is an ideal location.
Gardens
Garden View, Corner View and Westview all benefit from a private courtyard garden. All other apartments will have access to the stunning ten-acre heritage site including links to local walks and Marriott’s way.
Lifestyle
The Lodge Lifestyle is a perfect accompaniment to apartment living. With superb local conveniences 800 meters from your front door, a bus route on your doorstep direct to Norwich and a forty-minute drive to the coast. Read more
Television and Broadband
Each apartment will have access to fast-fibre broadband, sky and freeview television
Communal Access
Apartments in the east wing all use a ground-floor access door which will be on a video intercom system.
Apartments Corner View and Westview benefit from a private entrance to each apartment.
