We are delighted to have our first sale agreed at The Lodge, seeing our ground floor, one-bedroom Garden View being snapped up within a week of being on the open market. We always knew this one would be popular with its spacious open-plan living and ground floor location leading on to a private courtyard garden.

The demand for apartment living at The Lodge has made up over fifty-percent of the enquiries to date and we only have a further four available within the 1914 Lodge.

All apartments will be available as part of Phase one and due for completion in either Late 2021 or Spring 2022. We have a range of one and two-bedroom apartments each unique and full of character.
