Bathroom Specification

Within Phase one, as part of the conversion of the 1914 Manor Lodge, we have teamed up with BathCo for supply of our sanitary wear and design for our bathrooms. With over twenty plus years in hospitality, we understand what the customer is looking for in a hotel bathroom; so why not bring this to your home?!

Vanity Units and Storage

Many new build properties lack storage space, especially in the bathrooms. Where can you store your cleaning products? Where do the spare loo roles live? How can I do my makeup in this space? One of the first choices we make is it place a vanity unit with the sink as a standard. At the very least offer somewhere for some of those bathroom essentials. Floating shelves and large oak sills can also be easily added for display and storage purpose. Our modern, high gloss vanity units are wall-hung making for easy cleaning on the bathroom floors.

Heated Towel Radiators

Who doesn’t love a warm, fluffy towel?! Heated towel radiators are a must for bathrooms and ensuite. We place a heating element in our towel radiators meaning hot fluffy towels are a year round pleasure and do not rely on your heating to be on to enjoy this benefit.

Underfloor Heating

Hospitality experience tells us, customers love a bit of heat underfoot and a simple and effective way to achieve this is to use an electric heat mat below the surface of your finished flooring. The flexible timing approach and easy to use touchscreen display bring an added element of luxury to your home bathroom experience.

Dual Bathing Baths

Where possible, a dual bathing bath with centralised taps is used so that baths can be enjoyed from either end or shared with a loved one. A feature bath tub will always bring a WOW to your bathroom.

Modern, slimline shower trays complemented by stainless steel fixings and glass screens given a modern, spacious shower experience. A dual headed shower is our go to choice.

Rainforest porcelain tile has been used throughout our lodge conversions and indeed throughout many of our hotels over the past few years. This textured tile is completely versatile and appeals to young and old.
